ClinicalTrials.gov

Description

ClinicalTrials.gov is the world's largest publicly accessible registry and results database of clinical studies, maintained by the US National Library of Medicine (NLM) since its launch in 2000. It holds records for over 480,000 studies across 220 countries, including thousands of rare disease trials spanning Phase I–IV interventional studies, observational studies, and expanded access programmes. Under the FDAAA 2007 and FDARA 2016 regulations, most clinical trials of FDA-regulated products must register and report results on ClinicalTrials.gov, making it the authoritative global reference for patients seeking trial eligibility.
